Nagalakshmi Shanmugam is a professional speaker, seminar leader, award-winning translator, and author. Before transitioning into these roles, she worked in the IT industry for almost ten years.

As a speaker, Nagalakshmi is highly engaging, dynamic, and insightful, making learning a profoundly transformative experience. Her down-to-earth personality and authenticity allow her to form a genuine connection with her audiences and earn their trust, ensuring her seminars are always memorable.

She is a Canfield Certified Trainer in The Success Principles and in the Canfield Methodology. She has conducted The Success Principles workshops for various schools, colleges, organizations, and NGOs, and it is her most popular seminar. Nagalakshmi is also a keynote speaker.

Over the past fourteen years, she has translated nearly 100 books from English to Tamil, and has won several awards for her work. She's had the privilege of translating the works of many renowned authors, including A. P. J. Abdul Kalam, Stephen Hawking, James Clear, Dale Carnegie, Yuval Noah Harari, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and Paulo Coelho.

Her first book, The Forgotten Secrets of a Magical Marriage, was released in 2016 in English and Tamil.
